UAN number generally provided by the employer but even if they do not have provided you can ask them to provide UAN number.
EPFO portal provides the facility to know your UAN number by providing below details
- Member ID
- Aadhar Card Number
- PAN Card
along with your Name, Date of Birth, Mobile number and Email ID (Mobile number & Email ID are just for sending information of your UAN)
How to Know UAN number
In order to know your UAN number follow the steps provided below:
Step 1 : Visit UAN Portal Site https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
Step 2 : click on the Know your UAN as per below instruction
Step 3 : Enter your registered mobile number with PF number and fill captch code.
Step 4 : Click on “Request OTP” to get the authorization pin to your registered mobile number
Step 5 : Once you Click on “Request OTP” , you will get a OTP (One Time Password ) pin to your mobile number and the screen on Step 6 will be displayed
Step 6 : Than Enter the OTP in below screen.
Step 7 : Once you enter the OTP a message will be displayed saying “Your UAN and UAN Status sent to your registered mobile number”
You will receive Text message in your registered
